Rocket Intel Inc might be a new company, but we’re already on the right track. We’re wrapping up our first business quarter, and to celebrate we decided to go on a company-wide hiking trip. Everyone had a great time taking in nature and getting to know one another better.

We enjoy building strong connections between our associates with team-building activities outside the office. These bonds are the foundation upon which we create our company’s success. As we spend time away from our professional titles and roles, we cultivate friendships that make our Rocket Intel Inc workplace more supportive and empowering.

• Understand Each Person’s Strengths: We appreciate diversity in our office, which means that team members come from different backgrounds, perspectives, and strengths. Appreciating each person’s uniqueness means our approaches to coaching and training are flexible, and we assess talents and skill sets before setting up group projects.

• Lead by Example: Our managers lead with integrity, modeling the behavior they wish to see in others. In setting the bar high for themselves, they show the rest of us how to expect more from ourselves as well.
